Rob Fowkes combines his role as Head of Athletic Performance at Northern Suburbs with the same role at Sydney Rays.
Rob began his career at English Premiership club Leicester Tigers, where he worked with Academy and Senior players. His time at Leicester culminated in the club winning the Aviva Premiership in 2013. During that season, he also had a spell as National Strength and Conditioning Coach with Russia Rugby for European Nations Cup.
In 2013, Rob was appointed Head of Academy Strength and Conditioning at Bath Rugby, and was responsible for the physical development of several players who have since progressed into professional rugby
Rob became part of the Norths’ coaching staff for the 2016 season and was part of their historic Shute Shield Premiership victory
