In a disappointing result Norths lost to a determined Parramatta side 13 points to 10.
The Norths starting team had a number of changes from that that went down narrowly to Eastwood in the first round.
Norths scored two tries to one in the game and led 10-3 early. However they were unable to hold out a determined Parramatta who scored 10 unanswered points to run out winners in a low scoring affair.
The loss leaves Norths without a win for the 2012 Shute Shield and makes the home game against West Harbour very important next week to develop some momentum.
